At Absolutely Ridiculous®, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all previous shipping stickers are removed from the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items securely in the original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your gear to confirm it is in 'on-field ready' condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
